Proteção social à criança e ao adolescente vítimas da violência sexual, na cidade de Parintins-AM: atuação em rede?

Abstract

Sexual violence against children and adolescents is one of the expressions of the social question and, as such, has attracted initiatives from international, national and local organizations that are working hard to confront it. It usually occurs in a veiled way and the fight against this violation is a challenge because of the complexity involved in the phenomenon. In Parintins, data from local institutions for protection of the child and adolescent segment frequently register the incidence and have been used as a proposal to address the issue of networking. In view of this, this work made an analysis of how the work of the protection network in the confrontation to sexual violence against children and adolescents in Parintins / AM occurs. In addition to this central objective of the object, we reveal how the intersectoriality between the different institutions of the municipality that make up the network of social protection to the child and the adolescent occurs, considering the unfolding of the work done in network, we also verify the operability of the institutions which make up the social protection network for children and adolescents in Parintins, and, finally, an analysis of the work of the professionals included in the protection network in the face of sexual violence against children and youth in Parintins. The research is of qualitative nature, the technical instrument used was: the semistructured interview. The investigators' universe was 9 and of these subjects, 7 work in institutions directly linked to the rights of children and adolescents, such as Specialized Police, Guardianship Council, CMDCA, Public Ministry, CREAS, SAVVIS, Abrigo Vovó Conceição, SEDUC. Besides these subjects, the research also reached a militant of the Social Movement Articulação Parintins Cidadã. The results of the research showed that the protection network faces several difficulties to face sexual violence, they are directly related to the lack of physical and human structure of the institutions. It also revealed that the actions of the network are more intense in festive periods, especially during the Carnailha and Folklore Festival of Parintins. Other data brought in the research refer to the slowness of justice in relation to the accountability of the aggressors and also impunity. Finally, important data refers to the number of cases of sexual violence against children and adolescents registered at the police station and guardianship council and the number of cases followed by CREAS.
