Prospecção tecnológica de cabine de pintura industrial: análise para indústria de duas rodas do Polo Industrial de Manaus

Abstract

The global scenario has experienced many advances over time and the automobile industry has a relevant role in the Brazilian industrial evolution. The painting process is an important step in a manufacturing context as it provides the product with identity, enhancing its appearance. Painting then adds value and affects the competitiveness of companies, making it relevant to improve the painting process. In this context, the objective of this work was to identify the current state of scientific and technological development related to the paint booth process in the industrial sector. The proposed methodology included the stage of bibliometric prospecting, patent prospecting and consultation with specialists, for which VosViewer and Orbit Intelligence were used as main tools. As main results, it was possible to identify the main developers in the area, BASF being the biggest player, the countries that are the main benchmarking, which is the case of the USA and China, in addition to exploring the most relevant technologies such as innovation in spray guns, in formulations of paint and in a paint booth in general, thus providing information that allows companies to innovate, where the main focus is the two-wheel industries of the Industrial Pole of Manaus (PIM) mainly aiming at the evolutionary contribution to the region and consequently to the economy from the country.
