Resumo
The micro and small outlets in the bakery and confectionery segment undergo profound changes to can meet a demand of customers increasingly demanding and informed. Such companies on this marketing requirement, need to continuously invest in the improvement of the production process of its establishment, especially the purchase of machinery and modern equipment and improved customer service. However, such companies generally need to promote what constitutes the of this dissertation study object credit, whose overall objective is to analyze the importance of the development of lending to micro-enterprises of bakery and confectionery in the city of Manaus, demonstrating its actual impact on improving the production process and the quality of products offered to customers. The methodology employed research was: the nature: applied research; As to the objectives: descriptive; The view point of the technical procedures: were used bibliographical, documentary and real case study research, and research done in 39 (thirty nine) Micro and Small establishments. It was found that companies wishing to invest in improving the production process and the physical layout, rely on technical support from Sebrae and numerous development credit lines. By analyzing such lines of credit, the researcher came to the conclusion that the financing of the State of Amazonas Development Agency - AFEAM, perfectly meets the purposes, especially for being long-term and for the safety and speed in granting credit
