Resumo

The purpose of this discussion is to describe the experiences of Continuing Health Education (EPS) health professionals within the State of Amazonas and identify the process EPS of micropolitical with these professionals, using as a case to Health Region Rio Wood / AM. We share the thought of Michel Foucault and analysis enunciation in the production of speech, in which the main actors were the professionals Health Region SUS. Establish dialogues about their work process and, starting from the statements (recorded and written) form categories with reference to Quadrangle design Training - care, teaching, management and participation. It was a test to develop our ability of discursive practice to agenciarmos the positivity of discourse and knowledge, ie, value the production as a process. We experience the dynamics of learning to learn in contact with the realities where We visualize the Permanent Health Education in the working world, including ours, and which became significant by interrogating the issues pertaining to the relationship between work and the worker in daily life. Contagious is that world production has exceeded our categories and became a magical Amazon Mandala that the considerations and realization of a joyful and rewarding work. We had the opportunity to report and tease experience, lived in act - they come drenched in its content and modeling of knowledge developed in research and daily work in the NHS - with Featured in micropolitical dimensions of territorial powers. Therefore, the introduction of EPS this modeling can be a key strategy for a new scenario consolidation of SUS. We pointed out the teaching-service integration through rural boarding schools, the VER-SUS, the EPS in Motion, the Teacher Training in EPS as strategies potent in activating the significant experiences for the improvement of health care. Ally to these processes, we believe that EPS happens at all times that teams health and managers are questioning their practical work, for it reveals what we do not see because we want to translate it in courses and training, however, it can be a simple wheel conversation and educational meetings. It is therefore necessary that learning to take in daily life, mobilized by everyday issues.
