Educação permanente em saúde no interior do estado do Amazonas: estudo de caso na região de saúde Rio Madeira/AM

Abstract

The purpose of this discussion is to describe the experiences of Continuing Health Education (EPS) health professionals within the State of Amazonas and identify the process EPS of micropolitical with these professionals, using as a case to Health Region Rio Wood / AM. Ally to these processes, we believe that EPS happens at all times that teams health and managers are questioning their practical work, for it reveals what we do not see because we want to translate it in courses and training, however, it can be a simple wheel conversation and educational meetings. It is therefore necessary that learning to take in daily life, mobilized by everyday issues.
