Resumo
The present research sought to analyze the pluriactivity of the work and the
dynamics of agroecosystems in the family agriculture units. It describes the
environmental history of these agroecosystems, identifying work processes and
pluriactivity. It describes the dynamics of pluriactive work as a strategy of work
countermobility and conservation in agroecosystems. From the perspective of the
dialectic approach of systemic complexity and making use of the case study, in 23
families in these communities. The methodological procedures corresponded to the
collection of secondary data; pre-test and field, from interviews via questionnaire,
field diary, mental maps and satellite images for data comparison. The diagnosis was
made in parallel to the field through triangulation of data, different sources (analysis)
and prognosis via tabulation and creation of graphs and tables. The results showed
that in Paru and Calado there have been environmental transformations of a family
farming community that produced in consonance, configuring strategies for
coexistence of new realities in the metropolitan region of Manaus, among them,
pluriactivity stands out as a cause and the consequence of counter-mobility of work,
driving the farmers' come and go. This dynamic demonstrates resistance to capitalist
pressures to occupy rural areas in a recursive mobility, for although there are
transformations in the way of living and production, farmers persist in conserving
agroecosystems and feel part of it, maintaining environmental sustainability.
