Resumo

Contemporary companies face constant challenges in their daily lives for ways to optimize their productivity. Professional production of engineering seek at all times to develop programs and actions to ensure the maintenance of the total business productivity. One of the main obstacles faced by these professionals within organizations, are the lack of knowledge on new practices and processes, new technologies that arise, among others. Thus, the overall objective of the research entitled "The corporate education and its reflection on improving productivity: a case study in INDT" focused on the concept description and salient features of corporate education, and the results obtained by INDT company - Institute technological development with their application. The INDT is an organization of independent research and development, nonprofit, founded originally by Nokia, currently having as sponsor Microsoft and focused on generating new concepts, products and solutions in the areas related to mobile and Internet technologies. The case study, based on bibliographic and documentary research, obtained from primary and secondary sources from the documents provided by the said Institute, was the methodology used at work, focusing as well on this company develop throughout the study. After collecting the data, they were analyzed by checking the results considered positive by employing corporate education to develop and map skills and competencies of employees, endorsed by the awards, certifications and patents that have been registered and the allotted INDT; nevertheless, the positivity is visualized in activities that generate knowledge and innovations in technology with the application of corporate education in the organization. In the end, it was suggested the creation of a corporate university model based on the experience developed by UNIBRAD (Corporate University Bradesco), governance is rethinking, but taking advantage of the resources already in place. The exploited and results displayed in the graphs showed gains in productivity with the application and development of corporate education in INDT and how this Brazilian company of Information Technology (IT) presents itself to the market as an excellent opportunity to work creatively and involvement, having noticed, however, that is still very insignificant forms of evaluation and measurement of results for the use of the corporate education in the general organization.
