Redes de cooperação nas eleições no Amazonas: uma visão ecossistêmica comunicacional

Resumo

This dissertation aims to present research and results related to the cooperation networks developed for the election process, specially the general elections of 2018, in the State of Amazonas, focusing on communicational ecosystems and Social Representation Theory, through bibliographical research and field research, including bibliographical and documentary material, as well as interviews and notes collected within the framework of TRE-AM, the institution that plans and drives the electoral process in the State, for analysis based on previously studied theories. The analisis were not made from each theory separately, but we intended the interpenetration between the theoretical constructs, in order to make a description and an analytical study of the communicational ecosystem existing within this network, based on the dynamics present in the social representations perceived from the interviews and notes. The dissertation begins with a description of the electoral process, based on theories of cooperation networks and social networks, necessary to understand what was presented later, namely the SRT and the Theory of Communicational Ecosystems. In the statements, the representations of the work category were highlighted, with their reward, competition and cooperation classes, based on the model proposed by Flament (1989). In a second analysis, it was demonstrated that, in order to perform an interpretation, the subject uses several representations of symbolic resources. These representations, with the medias and messages in the communicative interactions, constitute the communicational ecosystem present in the formed mesh, which through the links constituted by these interactions, experiences a dynamic and feedback process, demonstrated in the analyzes of the speeches and annotations. Finally, it was possible to demonstrate the existing processes within the communicational ecosystem present in the social networks formed in the cooperative group, and their intrinsic and inseparable connection with the formation and functioning of the network.
