Custos da cadeia logística da banana produzida em Presidente Figueiredo e o registro dos preços praticados na Feira do Produtor em Manaus: um estudo de caso.

Abstract

In this work, based on a case study it describes the procedures performed in the logistics chain for bananas produced in two sites located in the municipality of President Figueiredo, with the prices in Fair Producer in Manaus. It portrays the thinking of some scholars of agriculture on the particularities of the banana, the theory of systems, the history of logistics and its systemic approach, the theory of costs and some methods of cost and the price and the internal and external factors that influence the pricing. In terms of the research methodology was exploratory and descriptive typology concerning the objectives, a case study about the procedures, with the object of the analysis chain for bananas produced and sold in President Figueiredo in Fair Producer in Manaus, on the qualitative approach the problem, and the instrument was the systematic observation. Have seen the work in the field and recorded each of the processes necessary for supply network of banana, added up the costs for each task within these procedures and were obtained by the logistic cost per bunch of bananas harvested in two sites that served as a laboratory for comments. Compared to the end, the procedures performed with those targeted by the organs of agricultural development, showing that the care of planting, handling, treatment with transport and care of fruit, and you can see, which are not always processed as guiding the specialized bodies. In sub-collection of data tables set up various costs, including all the processes developed in the banana chain. In sub description, analysis and interpretation of results are commented on the data collected at each site, pointing up the mistakes and successes in dealing with the banana under the bodies of direction of agricultural activity. Produced is also a table containing the different prices charged by farmers in Fair Producer in Manaus. It was suggested the development of other studies deemed relevant and productive for the environment studied, the appendix is prepared, containing the dollarized costs to keep the current research for some time.
