Emprego e migração em dez municípios selecionados da região norte

Abstract

Historically, the migration has been playing an important part in the regional configuration of the human civilization. Several causes as, the inadequacy of workstations to absorb the labor; economical stagnation due to the dynamism loss in certain areas; reduction of investments in the health, education, safety; family motivations, among other expulsion factors, they have been contributing in elapsing of the time so that migratory currents are formed. With the intention of investigating the relationship among the variables related to the study an analytical posture was adopted, aided by methods no-parametric, as they are the cases of Shift-Share and Analysis of Grouping, and due to the parametric method, the analysis of Static Panel was used, in other words, Pooling. As a consequence of it influences her that the urbanization exercises on the rural areas, it is verified that the municipal districts in study present the inherent characteristics to the desruralização phenomenon that happens starting from the decade of 1930, when the country tries his/her insert in the industrialization process. Finally, the data treaties in this study evidenced that the migration answers to the economical movement when they stand out that in the places where there is fort labor absorption, there is also the attendance of the high population levels. Then in this case the migration is an important accomplice in the process of economical growth.
