Uma análise do programa Saúde da Família no Distrito de Saúde Leste da cidade de Manaus

Abstract

The present study has as objective analyzing the results of the health actions developed in the Family‟s Health Program and its contribution for the improvement of the population‟s health quality from the East Health‟s District of Manaus city. With this perspective, was tried to identify what was the effective contributions to population in health science from the deployment and implementation of that health strategy of SUS considering that already acts since one decade ago in Manaus City. This study showed also the verifying of labor conditions of health professionals, as well the satisfaction‟s degrees of the users that utilize the Family´s Health House services. This work presents a character critical-analytical, as it constitute in an articulated comprehension of the empiric data that permeate the reality of the studied object, conflicting with the theoretical framework and the critical analysis. Regarding to methodological proceeding, the research was developed through bibliographic review, fieldwork that covered two stages that is documental research and data collection with the application of forms to the professionals from the health houses and the users of Family‟s Health Program, ending with systemizing, analysis and interpretation of data under the theoretical framework adopted. Emphasizing that the realized study guides to a necessity of health politics development with more participation of the population, aspiring to an effectiveness of the social control and achievement possibilities so that may really benefit the population that uses the health services. The performed investigation tried to contribute with the academic community bringing to the debate the analysis of health as public politics, one of the research areas of the Social Service Master´s Degree and Amazon‟s Sustainability, and may act as instrument of analysis to public power subsidizing the viability of politics with collective constructions that enable the participation of society like the Local Health Counsels, and still wants to contribute to the whole society, so it can measure the actions that the State is developing in health science and the bounce of this population
