A história da música em quadrinhos: uma proposta metodológica para o ensino da música na escola

Resumo

The present work presents the results of the dissertation research of the Professional Master's Program in Arts Teaching PROF-ARTES – PPG-ART-MP- UFAM within the line of research: theoretical-methodological approaches to teaching practices. The research elucidated the use of comic books as a methodological proposal for teaching Art/music in the classroom applied in elementary school II – final years at a school, in the city of Manaus, AM. Uniting students’ artistic work with scientific research. We start from two guiding questions: How is playfulness present in music teaching? And in the Art discipline, how can we teach the history of music in an attractive way for students and associating it with other artistic languages? The general objective of the research is to demonstrate the history of music in comics as a didactic proposal to assist in teaching music. We present a dialogue between drawing and music that resulted in a viable proposal for a representation in comics of the history of music. The methodological process is qualitative in nature and the method used is the experimental one of Gil (2002), and the historical-critical pedagogy of Saviani (2011), together with the triangular approach of Ana Mae (2010); (2014), and as a result this work revealed interesting motivating aspects such as the use of play in teaching Art/Music.
