A gestão do programa Bolsa Família e os impactos socioeconômicos junto aos beneficiários no município de Parintins-AM, no período de 2012 a 2014

Abstract

This work is an analysis of the Bolsa Família Program Management and its socioeconomic impacts along to active beneficiaries and graduates in the city of Parintins, 2012 period to 2014. In this sense it was possible to: identify the families benefited by PBF in Parintins; Check the families who left the program and what the economic activities for these families and see to what extent the program's conditionalities exerted impacts on the dynamics of the beneficiary families. The methodological research route was performed initially with the documentary survey in Central Unified Registry, from the forms, reports, expert advice from social workers and other documents and programs related to research. Since the field research took place in SEMASTH in Registration Center and next to the beneficiaries. The universe of 120 beneficiary families were selected 30 families. The collection of field data was performed by using a form with open and closed questions, applied to beneficiaries and conducting semi-structured interview with the operators and managers of Bolsa Família in Parintins. The nature of research is quantitative and qualitative, as it tried to interpret the numerical data and infer qualitatively, comprising the contents critically, the explicit and implicit meanings contained in each phase of the research. Research can contribute to the understanding of public policies, see the characteristics of the PBF and can serve as information for new shares of Municipal Management.
