Resumo

There are still few studies that bring a prospective view that take into account profound social transformations about aging in society beyond the numerical expansion, particularly regarding biological changes supported by genetics, which would lead to changes in demographic indicators and life expectancy. , and extension of the lifespan limit, or the biological clock. This presupposes the development of strategies that bring life to the threshold as close as possible to the maximum limit of the human species (MINAYO, 2012). The result of the study revealed that the distance between the legally guaranteed right and the real working and health conditions of workers with federal education (IFAM) and state and municipal health (SES and SEMSA), considering reports of precarious working conditions, illness , extension of working hours and life time at work by servers, having deepened in these more than two years of pandemic. In Amazonas, the performance of CERESTs proved to be precarious, focused on the inspection of the private health network, excluding public facilities; A similar stance has remained in these two years of the Covid-19 pandemic in Amazonas. Prevention for active and citizen aging was mentioned by a minority of respondents, who report making periodic visits and examinations, practicing some type of physical activity, healthy eating, family leisure and religiosity. work prior to the Covid-19 pandemic and, even during the pandemic, the collapse of the Brazilian health system in all federative entities, the category of these workers from IFAM, SES and SEMSA has managed to generate empirical processes, which, despite it does not constitute praxis, it has contributed to the valorization of their lives, they resignify themselves, reinvent themselves, daily, reviewing habits and essential care for aging and old age as a citizen from the tripod work, health and living conditions.
