Manutenção preventiva de equipamentos produtivos e seu impacto na redução dos gargalos no processo industrial em uma empresa do ramo eletroeletrônico do PIM

Abstract

The problems stemming from the failures of productive machinery emerge not only because of poor technical skills, but also limited managerial skills that extend into the inefficient use of techniques and tools to identify and solve production and maintenance problems. Thus, reducing bottlenecks in the industrial process increases productivity and seeks process efficiency. Among the many existing methods, the maintenance of machines and equipment is a fundamental part that can corroborate to ensure and maintain the reliability of equipment, improve quality and reduce production costs, thus preventing waste. In view of this perspective, the objective of the present scientific research is to propose a maintenance plan and improvements to increase the reliability and availability of automatic insertion productive equipment in a company of the electro-electronic sector of the Industrial Pole of Manaus. In order to reach the proposed objectives, the applied methodology was a descriptive and explanatory qualitative-quantitative research carried out through the application of a semi-structured questionnaire in order to evaluate the periodicity and monitoring in the performance of the preventive maintenance of the machines and equipment of the productive process Surface Mount Technology (SMT). The research demonstrated the importance of the preventive maintenance activity focused on the useful life, with regard to machines and equipment, seeking a comfortable and productive adaptation between man and his work activity, adapting working conditions to the characteristics of each man with the machine. It was concluded that although the company did the process of mapping its full production flow of SMT, where it was possible to solve the problems of high stoppages due to failure in equipment and machines, it was verified that these equipments and machines need special attention , in this way, it is important to observe the requirements presented by the professionals of the team, with the purpose of avoiding safely and for longer, failures or unexpected breaks, through the strategy of preventive maintenance.
