RESULTS: 63 elderly people make up the sample of this study. Most of the elderly were female 71.2% (47), 45.5% (16) were aged between 60 and 69 years and 31.8% (21) were illiterate. It was observed that 54% (34 elderly people) reduced their quality of life after the pandemic, while 38% (24) improved their QOL and 8% did not change. CONCLUSION: There is a presence of functionality in the studied population, which was little impacted when the elderly were evaluated during the pandemic.
