Aplicação de ferramentas da qualidade para a melhoria da prestação do serviço de avaliação quantitativa de agentes químicos em duas empresas do PIM

Abstract

The Coexistence with chemical substances in the current days finishes being obligator and permanent, being particularly important for the involved workers in productive and industrial processes. The risk and the danger that are related with chemical substances must be worked in its some dimensions, amongst which if it detaches the quantitative evaluation of chemical agents in the work environment. However, to improve the rendering of services of quantitative evaluation of chemical agents in the industry has been a problem due to some factors, such as: the delay in the accomplishment of the collections and the emission of the realtórios With this, the time of reply of the evaluated results can delay, impactando directly in the taking of decisions. This work had the objective to improve the process of rendering of services in the area of quantitative evaluation of chemical agents. For in such a way, three tools of the quality had been applied: PDCA, Mapping of Processes and 5W2H, aiming at to identify the main difficulties, existing conflicts and gargalos in the installment of this service. Everything this to improve the quality and to reduce the time of delivery of the results to the customer. Also contributing, of direct form, for the taking of decisions in relation to the prevention of the health of the worker. The study it was carried through in two companies of the same branch of activities of the Industrial Polar region of Manaus - PIM, with focus in the improvement of the points of conflicts during the accomplishment of this service. After the plicação of the tools, was evidenced a reduction of the stated period of 60 days for 44,5 days, what it is equivalent 25.83% of time reduction. The results had confirmed the efficiency of the tools and the applied methodology.
