Gestão de Riscos no Setor Público: uma proposta de modelagem do processo da UFAM

Abstract

Risks are inherent to human activity, any action to be taken has one or more phenomena that can happen and become an obstacle to reaching a goal or meeting a deadline. In the corporate world, companies are also exposed to a significant amount of uncertainty. For this reason, it is essential to manage risks within organizations. This work aimed to propose a model for the Risk Management process of the Federal University of Amazonas, as well as to examine the institution's Risk Management Policy, apply the methodology used in the operationalization of the GR implementation, analyze the risks of the Pro-Rectory of Institutional Planning and Development and propose PROPLAN's matrix and risk map. The methodology adopted was qualitative research, through exploratory and descriptive research. Data collection was carried out by surveying the risks using the FMEA tool and the data collected were the risks associated with the strategic objectives defined in the Institutional Development Plan. At the end of the research, a referential for the actions to be taken to implement Risk Management in support of meeting the strategic objectives of an organization was achieved.
