A interpretação dos desenhos Kené Shipibo-Conibo

Abstract

ABSTRACT This dissertation aims to understand the importance of Kené drawings Shipibo-Conibo, analyzing their senses and meanings on the part of the women authors of their own mantles, considering their composition and geometry and how anthropology deals with indigenous art. In this sense, we will learn about its origin and history, the worldview and how these drawings are linked to life and the social aspects of the Shipibo-Conibo system and culture. Finally, a reading of the symbolism of the Kené is made and embroidered and painted by five women artisans, which were acquired between 2000 and 2015 in different Shipibo-Conibo communities in the Peruvian Amazon.
