Resumo
This dissertation had as main objective to develop a solid waste management plan in the construction of residences through mathematical modeling using BIM technology. For this, the research was developed based on the unique case study: construction of semi-detached houses located in the city of Porto Velho-RO. The operationalization of the research was divided into five parts: elaboration of construction projects using Revit 2019 and Eberick 2019, whose modeling methodology incorporates BIM technology. The second part was the materials quantification, where the material quantitative table was reorganized according to UNIFORMAT II to meet the mathematical estimation model. In the third stage, a mathematical model was applied to estimate the waste generation, which used conversion rates, mass flow and waste level of each material, identifying the amount of solid waste generated in each construction step. Next, the legal and technical requirements, guided by the National Solid Waste Policy and CONAMA Resolution nº. 307, were presented. Finally, the solid waste management plan in building construction was elaborated based on the results generated by the mathematical model and the comply with the Brazilian legislation, identifying the responsibilities of each one in the construction site regarding the solid waste generation, segregation and final destination, besides defining the whole process of waste management in the project phase, thus enabling a better waste control planning before starting work. Still on the management plan, there is the monitoring and critical analysis section, in which, the consolidated results in the execution phase of the work will be treated as input data of the mathematical model of estimation of solid waste of construction, in order to generate more assertively estimating waste levels, making the overall process more effective for future works. As for the limitation of the work, the solid waste management plan can not be applied during the implementation of the Twin Houses project due to the delay in the land regularization, so the research was restricted to the theoretical field, making it impossible to validate the effectiveness. estimation model, mainly in the data regarding the level of waste of each material in the construction process of the residences
