Resumo
The growing demand for organic products requires the guarantee of their authenticity
and quality throughout the production chain. Traceability emerges as an essential
component for sustainability and innovation, ensuring consumer trust and promoting
responsible agricultural practices through OCS -São Franciso de Assis in Rio Preto da
Eva, Amazonas. Traceability allows you to track the origin and history of the product,
from production to marketing, promoting trust and social responsibility, facilitating the
identification of faults and contamination, allowing quick and effective corrective
actions, ensuring the food safety of products and encouraging the adoption of
sustainable and certified agricultural practices, contributing to the preservation of the
environment and the valorization of organic production. The methodology used was
bibliographical research, documentary research, application of socioeconomic forms,
mental maps, diagrams and construction of a digital platform for Traceability,
Technology and Rural Property Management – RASTECH. The results showed that
the potential of the traceability system is greater than the limitations, it was also
possible to detail the entire production process, from origin to the final consumer,
implementing a platform that records the entire production system, from planting to the
entire marketing process, finishing with the printing of labels and generation of QR Codes, adding value to the products offered, ensuring that the consumer follows the
entire production process and promoting food and nutritional security for those who
produce and those who consume.
