A visão dos gestores sobre as políticas públicas de esporte e lazer: impactos sociais e científicos no Estado do Amazonas

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Advanced Research Program of the Dean of Research and Graduate Studies of the Federal University of Amazonas. The work in question has as its central problem the view of managers on the development of public policies for sport and leisure in the state of Amazonas in 2018. The purpose of this publication is the social and scientific studies of Sport and Leisure programs at the State and Manaus Departments of the State, as well as at the Federal University of Amazonas. To accomplish this, the use of a bibliographic expression of concepts, sport and leisure, as theoretical reflections on public communication practices, sports and leisure, as reflections of authors on the social and scientific aspects of the subject. The student has a qualitative, descriptive - exploratory approach, characterizing a case study. The research data included the interview with the Secretariat of State of Youth, Sport and Leisure, SEMJEL, Municipal Secretariat of Youth, Sport and Leisure, Federal University of Amazonas - UFAM with the programs: PROAMDE Motor Activity for the Disabled) and PIFPS (Program Happy Elderly Always Participates). The research results were organized in five thematic levels, what we understand as the academic productions in the fields of sport and the doing that have the indicative sense that they can favor the public politics of sport and leisure as the right of citizen and duty of the State. . Losing in research a small number of publications focused on public policies of sports and leisure and their social and scientific efforts. In this sense, it is a qualitative leap in publications focused on this area, trying to highlight its importance in society as a constitutional right, bringing interpretative possibilities in its political, social and cultural conceptions, whether in access and its democratization. In fact, we realize that it is the projects that are being done by the institutions surveyed with the intention, that are only for concrete actions, which are not only actions of each government.
