Análise psicodinâmica do trabalho da população de rua de Manaus

Abstract

The consequences of the changing world, of the work reverberate on the work organization they aggravate situations about work precariousness and structural unemployment. It can cause situations of social vulnerability and social risk, especiallly among people who doesn’t have familiar support or community suport. The objective of this research is to understand the homeless’s psychodynamic processes of pleasure and suffering in Manaus. The qualitative research was based on the psychodynamic of work, articulated to Sociology, the Philosophy and public policies for homeless. Twelve homeless participated on the research. They are users of Social Welfare. Research’s instruments were the semi-structured interview, clinical observation and the field diary. The results were analyzed by adapting the analysis of the Grounded Theory. The results indicate that the work for the homeless, is begging and also accept any kind of work, althoug this work - sometimes - are precariouness and it doesn’t have social guarantees. The results also indicated that the homeless need to be able to work in any activity. It also indicated that they have adaptation strategies to do any kind of work. The main collective defensive strategies observed are the virility, the mistrust, the religion, the consumption’s psychoactive substances,the resignation and the rationalization. The work organization is configurated from the prejudice (stigma), the fear of violence and conflictual interpersonal relationships. The homeless relationship with the neighborhood are polite and cordial. The work of homeless have little recognition of work for the society. besides, there are little cooperation among homeless. The relationships are established, mostly by the need for survival. Exercise practical intelligence to survive. The work stands as rescue bond of citizenship and identity of the subject. It is a protective factor to the health of homeless people. It is important, in therms of transforming the social and economic conditions of the homeless population.
