Resumo

The Amazonian cities that we address here, although distributed irregularly on the banks of the Solimões River, have repeated forms and sequences. However, one cannot analyze each city in particular without taking into account the complex aspects that form it, because these aspects vary continuously in space and time, in this sense, that each city is different from the other, and presents specificities , but in the same way it is also true that each is similar to another, even if not immediately contiguous or successive. In this sense, studying from the perspective of everyday the cities located in this border range allows us to identify ways of adaptation, exchanges and salutable concessions for life in society. The frontier is seen as well as the locus of connectivity of multiple geographic spaces that materialize in cities, the world and its contradictions materialize in the border spaces, are in these cities that we can find the worst and the best of society Human. The spatial basis of the thesis is the immediate region of Tabatinga which is composed of the cities: Atalaia do Norte, Benjamin Constant, Tabatinga, São Paulo de Olivenza, Amaturá, Santo Antônio do Içá, and Tonantins. The thesis is based on the identification, typification and analysis of the trade carried out by Peruvian immigrants in the cities west of Amazonas, which comprise the border range of Brazil and Peru. In this way, we sought to transcend stereotyped visions of Amazonian cities located in the border range, cities seen as the locus of crime and drug trafficking, cities disclosed as areas in disputes by criminal factions and Blamed for decoy that explodes and reveals the rot of cancer that blows the country, corruption. In this context, the territorial boundary separates nations, societies, groups, individuals, is the denial of the other and affirmation of the self identity, but, either by the need for trade or alterity between human beings, the spaces of proximity, the frontiers, are Places of reunion with the ability to philosophically reflect on the condition of being human. Finally, at the specific border of Alto Solimões, the trade developed by Peruvian immigrants is indispensable and vital for the economic and urban dynamics of cities. Whether in higher or lower numerical coefficient, fixed or itinerant, Peruvian trade is present in all cities of this deep Amazon. The contacts from this frontier trade are embedded in the multidimensional and multicultural dynamism that metamorphose into the language, religion, music, cooking, the daily life of the Amazonian cities on and off the border.
