Resumo
This research aimed to understand, through the Individual Health Records, the demand that comes to CREAS of sexual contact between boys. Boys were considered to be male children under 12 years of age. The aim was primarily to know the incidence of cases arriving at CREAS and to know how they are appointed by both the CREAS reference team and the child and adolescent protection network; later, how to differentiate when a sexual contact case is sexual games and when it is a sexual abuse. This research was qualitative and quantitative, exploratory in the first phase, and descriptive in the second, involving bibliographic survey, document analysis and construction of fictional narratives. To achieve the objective, a documentary survey was carried out in a CREAS in the city of Manaus, in 2012. The "theory" of social constructionism was used as a methodological approach, with discursive practices as a fundamental way in the production of meaning. In 2012 were identified 8 cases where boys had sexual contact, this represented 3% of cases followed in CREAS. In 37.5% of cases the term sexual games was identified, all other cases were classified as sexual violence. A non-systematic bibliographic search was performed in the CAPES journals where it was not possible to find a theoretical description of the term sex games. To this end, an attempt was made to conceptualize the term “sex games” for a better understand do this phenomenon.
For qualitative analysis we used the methodological resource of discursive practices analysis in the production of meaning, seven fictional narratives were written to tell a little of the stories present in the discursive practices of the individual care records. In the discussion of the data and in the final considerations was evident how CREAS is the social assistance service that works violations of rights, that is, violence, one of them being sexual violence; If the practice of sexuality discovery through sexual games is not considered a violence, where should these families have family support when one of their children participates in this process of sexual discovery? Is there a need for a public service to treat children who exhibit their child sexual development by manipulating their own bodies and the bodies of others? These were some of the reflections raised.
