Resumo
The present study demonstrates, from the research carried out in the two - wheeler sector of the Industrial Pole of Manaus (PIM), the process of sickness due to occupational diseases of workers in production lines. He observed how the risk factors, present in the work routine, together with the printed requirements to the individual cooperate for the physical and psychological wear and tear. The employee of the Moto Honda company of the Amazon (MHA), subject of the research, has to carry out activities of high repetitiveness, and in some cases allied to high load and series production. It is a work of Fordist nature, added to the high standard of commitment required by the corporation, through the fulfillment of goals and participation in the Circles of Quality Control (CCQ). Thus, in a "voluntary" way, the worker is invited to develop projects aimed at presenting solutions for improvements in the reduction of costs and waste in production according to the Toyota production organization model. This process unfolds in overload for the worker, a process that converges in epidemics of occupational, physical and psychic diseases. The research was carried out with workers who had graduated from the MHA in order to know the difficulties of reintegration into the formal labor market, after illness in the workplace, removal and dismissal. It was also given the opportunity to speak to managers, with the aim of apprehending, from a managerial point of view, the complexity of the productive environments, as well as the present antagonisms between the corporate philosophy of valuing the individual and Competitive market. Therefore, the survey found through interviews and official data that skilled workers remain in the same positions, over the years within the company. He also analyzed that the discourse of the lack of qualification of the Manaus Free Trade Zone (ZFM) to stay in the production lines is no longer supported, generating some austere exploitation that leads to wear and pathologies originating from the world of work, a socioeconomic process generated by Subordination of labor to the interests of capital.
