Resumo
The study is an Exploratory Empirical Research with a Qualitative Approach, it was developed with students and teachers of Elementary School of a Public School in the Municipality of Manacapuru in Amazonas, specifically, with an emphasis on teenagers "plugged into the internet", inserted in the most different digital social networking platforms. The studies of Edgar Morin's Theory of Complexity (2008) strongly helped in this composition, precisely by opening to a multidisciplinary and multi-referenced approach to the construction of this knowledge, which understands phenomena as an organic totality, but understanding that we live with uncertainties, indeterminacy and randomness that lead to a “mixture of order and disorder”. Thus, complex thinking is understood as essentially, the thinking that incorporates uncertainty and is able to conceive the organization. The objective was to investigate the influence of virtual social networks on behavior change and the construction of adolescent identities. We set out to identify interests and browsing habits in these spaces, relating subjective aspects that predisposed them to intensive use of networks, also observing how the aforementioned public school uses internet resources in the learning environment, verifying the use, strengths and weaknesses. Two parallel and simultaneous work fronts were integrated in the Field Research: one in the school and the other in the virtual space. As it is a study related to the analysis of the process of interactions in virtual communities, the method founded by Cristine Hine (2000) of Virtual Ethnography, subsidized the data collection, as it allowed to answer some questions regarding cyberspace, with openness to use of procedures in a combination of varied techniques that provided a deep immersion in the investigated environment, treated through Content Analysis, exemplified by Bardin (2009). Searching for theoretical depth in this theme is, without a doubt, a necessary condition for those who live in the Amazonian space, since its identification as something distinctly decontextualized to the lives of those who live here has been very recurrent. Generally, many interpretations are stereotyped and associated with representations and the image of the forest as if it were an inferior element and apart from changes in the world. The references confuse the idea of urbanization and/or modernization of the region, increasing the paradox of understanding what was, is or is being built. Linked to this contextualization and Amazonian reality, the understanding is that individuals are considered biological and cultural beings, complex by nature and, for this fact, it is important for us to think about them, from the human complexity, therefore delving into studies on identity it required an understanding of its incompleteness, its becoming, its complex construction and subjectivity. Thus, complex thinking was shaped by the epistemic posture, here understood as praxis that constitutes a new way of doing science. Understanding reality presupposes overcoming prejudices, interpreting through different areas of knowledge, because cities in the Amazon region are not just nature, they are socially produced in time and space, they are concrete realities, produced by social relations historically determined by people who make and it is remade at each lived moment, in the places where the riverside ports connect the city and the forest there are people on the margin, but also in the light of their time.
