Resumo
This study analyzes the Social Representation of formation of a group of teachers and their professors of the net of education in Manaus, constructed during its process of professional formation, pedagogical practices and their life experiences. It comes from the undestending that the formation is a social construction and that, as such it is, reflects the type of society and citizen that this society wants to form. The conception of formation are approached to the social representation of formation of the involved citizens and the historical and social contexts in which these representations had been constructed. In this direction, the study it is organized in three chapters that had been constituted by the guideline questions of the research that, articulated to the objectives, had guided the investigation. The chapters, then, to the following questions: What s the Social Representation of the teachers and their professors of the Manaus Net of Education about formation? Does exist difference between the Social Representation of the teachers and the Social Representation of the professors on formation? Why the majority of the professionals of the schools of the Municipality Net does not seem to search the conquest of its formative space in the school? What are the ways that these professionals have searched individual and collectively for its professional development?
