Banco de dados geográfico da arborização de ruas utilizando softwares livres: o caso da cidade de Manaus, Amazonas

Abstract

Currently, several Brazilian municipalities had issues regarding the conditions in which they find their cadastral systems of trees on streets, especially when it comes to city of small and medium businesses, which are commonly found outdated, disorganized and outdated. This work aims to develop a cadastral template tree, analyze and query the database about the trees on the streets by four nonproprietary software for management of Geotechnology and decision trees in the streets of Manaus, using as a study If the neighborhood of the center. In the data acquired in the laboratory for the Study of Landscape UFAM 15 species were identified in a total of 902 trees, the most frequent being: Oiti, Ficus, Flamboian, Castanhola, Manga. Thus, one can conclude that the free software are able to meet the demands of managing street trees.
