Abstract

The study of the Guardianship Processes contained in the extinct Judgments of the Orphans of the First and Second Districts and today under the custody of the Judiciary Power of Amazonas made possible the understanding that these institutions gained and lost their duties during almost a century of their existence in Manaus, and that these changes were due to the new meanings of their purposes in view of the political, economic and social changes that the city was undergoing. choosing it as the object of analysis, based on the possibility of following the changes in the administrative structure in conjunction with the documentary production, as well as the reconfiguration of the society that sought by this judicial apparatus, likewise, giving him new meanings and transforming it from their actions. It was studied how this institution influenced the construction of the social corpus, forging it from what it ordered the population to obey - acting, however always in a limited way by a cultural context and traditions that restricted it. As well as recovering the part of the society that had its meeting with the institution, making it develop in the legal field of that time cut, since it was moved to act due to the contextual social demand. The Judgment contributed to the forging of the Manauara society from its ordering, in the same sense, was forged by the society that led it to act, by articulating itself through the intricacies of the Law, adapting itself to legal prerogatives or putting itself in opposition in a conscious and organized way, in the maintenance of old privileges and practices or in the search for citizenship.El estudio de los Procesos de Tutela contenidos en los extintos Jucios de los Huérfanos del Primer y Segundo Distrito, que en la actualidad hacen parte del Poder Judicial del Estado Amazonas, posibilitó el entendimiento de que dichas intituciones ganaran y perdieran competencias en el transcurso de casi un siglo de su existencia en Manaus. Además, esas modificaciones se dieron a causa de los nuevos propósitos frente a las transformaciones políticas, económicas y sociales por las que pasaba esta ciudad. Así mismo, Dando su elección como objeto de análisis, fundamentrada en la posibilidad de acompañar los cambios en la estructura administrativa en el enlace con la producción documental; así como la reconfiguración de la sociedad, que abogo por dicha institución judicial, y así de esta manera, a partir de sus acciones, dándole nuevos significados y transformándolos. Se estudió como dicha institución influenció en la construcción del corpus social, forjándolo a partir de lo que ordenaba a la población obedecer - actuando, sin embargo, siempre de forma limitada por un contexto cultural y de corriente tradicional que restringía el mismo. Así también, como se recuperó esa parte de la sociedad que tuvo su encuentro con dicha institución, haciéndola dessarrollarse en el campo jurídico de aquella reducción de tiempo, debido a que era motivado a actuar por la demanda social contextual. El juicio contribuyó a la idealización de la sociedad Manauara a partir de sus normas, siendo en ese mismo sentido, llevado por la sociedad a actuar, por articularse a través de las diferentes vías que posee la ley; adecuándose a las prerrogativas legales o oponiéndose de forma consciente y organizada, en el mantenimiento de privilegios y práticas antiguas o en la búsqueda por ciudadanía.
