Terra preta arqueológica: das práticas ancestrais às práticas contemporâneas (um estudo da Comunidade Monte Negro, Iranduba-AM)

Resumo

Environmental resources cooperate with each other so that the state of the planet is always focused on the search for quality of life for all nature. As a result, humanity, contained in the group of lives on the planet, is capable of interfering in the natural paths of environmental resources, thus also being able to cooperate for the quality of all lives. Among the infinities of natural sources, this research focused on a specific resource - the soil, of which the type chosen to be studied was the one whose activities performed by a small portion of humanity culminated in the alteration of its structure, a fact that implied positive results. impacts on the Amazon environment. It is the archaeological black earth, which has become more suitable for sustaining greater varieties and amounts of human and other species of life after the interference made by Amazonian peoples prior to the colonization process. The curious thing is that, although these changes have been taking place over centuries, this soil is still in excellent condition. OBJECTIVE: to analyze ancestral and contemporary material and symbolic practices in the forms of use and management of archaeological black earth in the Monte Negro Community, Iranduba (AM). METHOD: this is a qualitative study, through content analysis with field research, which was carried out at the end of 2021 with 16 residents interviewed in the Monte Negro community, in Iranduba (AM), in addition to the application of the map mental. RESULTS: the analysis of the data made it possible to explain some practices of the ancestral peoples and the perceptions and practices of the communities of Monte Negro about their activities as the archaeological black earth. CONCLUSION: The research showed the need to raise awareness about the great importance of the wisdom of forest peoples for the health of the soil.
