Economia circular no Polo Industrial de Manaus: proposta de modelo

Abstract

Some countries, concerned about the impact of the linear economy on the environment, have proposed specific laws that address the shift from linear mode to a Circular Economy (CE) approach. The initiation of EC in Brazil is recent. The initiatives in Brazil are of a “bottom-up” approach, with a private effort in the implementation of CE. The general model for the implementation of a public policy by Suframa that promotes the circularity of goals without a working objective is an implementation of public policy in Manaus - P. For this, it is a systematic review of the literature articles that explore themes related to the public policies of EC 2017. The highest was processed by technology after the PIM, where it is considered an economic barrier, followed by the highest by the technology that was fostered. The proposed Model establishes a special focus on the role of Suframa as an autarchy responsible for the development of the PIM so that it supports the beneficiary companies in the adoption and promotion of CE, promoting its principles in their production operations so that they can lead, in this way, the transition to an EC The model has 3 pillars, the pillar of tax incentives for the recycling industry, the pillar of generating information/indicators and the pillar of fostering the Research, Development and Innovation ecosystem.
