A relativização do estupro - uma análise foucaultiana do estupro nos discursos sociais

Abstract

This research aims at analyzing rape and discursiveness from a Foucaultian perspective of discourse analysis. Considered a sexual violence, we ask ourselves what makes it different from other forms of violence and what historical paths represent a constitution of what we now call Rape Culture. We are experiencing a profusion of discourses on rape today that reflect the power that the theme brings to discussions beyond the legal scope. For such work, we take as a product of analysis, mainly, linguistic materialities of our discursive experiences, they may be in music, publicity, interviews, virtual entertainment among diverse possibilities of discursive manifestation, that spread from the concept of "Rape Culture" .
