Modelo de diagnóstico do desenvolvimento das empresas inseridas em arranjos produtivos locais

Abstract

Trying to find ways for regional development, proposals are suggested to incentivate clusters in the suburbs. These clusters, conventionally called in Brazil of Arranjos Produtivos Locais, represent a chance of economic and social development for these regions, since that organized and structuralized, what it can be defined by its maturity level. However, it depends on the performance of the companies, its organization and the relashionship created inside cluster. The approach of this work is developing a model for evaluate the real development situation of the companies inside these clusters, through a research based on the bibliography review and some important works developed about this subject, that are base for a half-structuralized interview that can be able of identify the possible situations that companies could present. This model can influenciate the companies to plan strategies for reaching better levels of development and help them to contribute in significant way for increasing the cluster maturity level
