Estudo de caso do processo produtivo de uma agroindústria de açaí e seu impacto nas dimensões econômica, social e ambiental

Abstract

We live in a period of prominence of environmental issues, converging research, actions of governmental and non-government, among others, who want or are guided by the concept of sustainability. This theme of great relevance to the Amazon, both by the presence of one of the largest and richest natural ecosystems, and the need to establish techno-productive chains based on biodiversity and sustainably. The objective of this study was to analyze the sustainability of agro-industry acai Codajás triad in its economic aspect, social and environmental. For this purpose it will use the literature to describe the theoretical assumptions about growth, development, sustainability, and sustainability indicators. We also used field research and present the documents cited SUFRAMA agribusiness. From the data collected, there was a case study, where we could identify that the agro-industry acai Codajás generated positive social and economic impact and low environmental impact
