As etapas do sistema de logística reversa de medicamentos no Brasil

Abstract

The disposal of medicines is one of the main concerns for Brazilian public health due to the various problems generated by the population and the environment. In view of this, the entry into force of Decree 10,388 of 2020, implements the systematization of the reverse logistics program in Brazil, assigning tasks, functions and forcing the participation of pharmaceutical companies for the correct disposal of expired or disused medicines, at home. Therefore, this work presents a narrative literature review on the subject of reverse logistics of medicines, with the objective of: presenting the main steps of the reverse logistics process, according to Decree 10.388 of 2020, and highlighting the importance of adopting this practice.
