Abstract

This paper presents a proposal on how to adapt the work at the Manaus Industrial Pole to young workers with little experience and to the newcomers from colleges and technical schools, through the analysis of generations. These workers have ages between 18 and 37 years old and are classified as belonging to generations Y and Z. Their characteristics are analyzed and inserted in the working context of project teams, along with teaching Lean Manufacturing methodology and creating a working environment focused on technological innovation. A systematic was developed to approve the necessary budget for the project, conditional on good previous results without cost, this form of approval generated trust and motivation in the team involved and their managers.
