dc.description.abstract	This dissertation entitled "Family Constellation and Procedural Sociology: the Systemic Law for the solution of conflicts in the Amazon"brings the basis of the theory of the sociologist Norbert Elias on the concepts of figuration and interdependence to discuss the Family Constellation of the philosopher and therapist Bert Hellinger. The work presents the use of Systemic Law and the Family Constellation as a consensual method of conflict resolution in the Brazilian judiciary. The objective of the work is to identify the connection between the theories of Elias and Hellinger and the Systemic Law which expands throughout the national territory with the use of the Family Constellation as a support tool in the operationalization of the judiciary. The methodological procedure used is theoretical, hypothetical-deductive, qualitative research, primary and secondary sources. With the research on the intersection between the theories of Elias and Hellinger and the expansion of Systemic Law through the practice of the Family Constellation in the Brazilian judiciary it was possible to recognize which scenario is more favorable for the use of the Family constellation for conflict resolution in both Brazil and the Amazon. Given that the State of Amazonas has peculiarities regarding access to inland municipalities and still shy expression as the practice of the Family Constellation in the Amazonian judiciary although, the example of the other Courts of Justice of Brazil exist the implementation of projects aimed at the use of the Family Constellation as a consensual method of conflict resolution making emerge new possibilities to understand the context of conflicts bringing solutions that give relief to all involved.	por
dc.description.resumo	A presente dissertação intitulada “Constelação Familiar e Sociologia Processual: o Direito Sistêmico para a solução de conflitos no Amazonas”, traz a base da teoria do sociólogo Norbert Elias sobre os conceitos de figuração e interdependência para discutir a Constelação Familiar do filósofo e terapeuta Bert Hellinger. O trabalho apresenta o emprego do Direito Sistêmico e a Constelação Familiar como método consensual de solução de conflitos no judiciário brasileiro. O objetivo do trabalho é identificar a conexão entre as teorias de Elias e Hellinger e o Direito Sistêmico o qual se expande em todo território nacional com a utilização da Constelação Familiar como ferramenta de apoio na operacionalização do judiciário. O procedimento metodológico utilizado é pesquisa teórica, hipotético-dedutivo, qualitativa, fontes primárias e secundárias. Com a pesquisa sobre intersecção entre as teorias de Elias e Hellinger e a expansão do Direito Sistêmico por intermédio da prática da Constelação Familiar no judiciário brasileiro foi possível reconhecer qual o cenário que se revela mais favorável para a utilização da ferramenta de Constelação Familiar para a solução de conflitos tanto no Brasil e no Amazonas. Haja vista que o Estado do Amazonas possui peculiaridades quanto ao acesso aos municípios interioranos e ainda tímida expressão quanto a prática da Constelação Familiar no judiciário amazonense embora, a exemplo dos demais Tribunais de Justiça do Brasil existir a efetivação de projetos voltados para a utilização da Constelação Familiar como método consensual de solução de conflitos fazendo emergir novas possibilidades de entender o contexto dos conflitos trazendo soluções que dão alívio a todos os envolvidos.	eng
