Abstract

This study aims to use the geometric structure of complex numbers to classify the conical , even when they do not have their axes parallel to the coordinate axes of the plan , and determine its elements through an equation involving quadratic and linear terms of complex variable Z. With in order to attain the proposed objective , drew up a didactic sequence that covers all the necessary resources for this purpose. Thus , it is expected that this work will contribute to the improvement of teaching and learning conical through complex numbers, and possibly serve as a motivator for students and teachers that seek to improve their knowledge in their subjects.
